I have recently competed in the World Championships 24 hour race in 2023 Tapei where I ran 230 kilometers and 222 kilometers in the Contentinal Championships in Brazil 24 hour race in 2022. I have also ran the IAU certified race in Mexico, in Isla Mujeres 24 hour race 2023, 2022 completing both and placing 1st in 2023 with 220 kilometers. I currently have the national record in Mexico for 24 hours with 230 kilometers and the record in 12 hours with 140 kilometers. I have also competed in other ultra adventures in mountain ultras combined with some street running of 350 kilometers in Oaxaca completing the race in 2023, 2022, and 2021.  Spartathlon revives the footsteps of Pheidippides, an ancient Athenian long distance runner, who in 490 BC, before the battle of Marathon, was sent to Sparta to seek help in the war between the Greeks and the Persians.

Described as the world's most grueling race, the Spartathlon runs over rough tracks and muddy paths, crosses vineyards and olive groves, climbs steep hillsides and, most challenging of all, takes the runners on the 1,200 meter ascent and descent of Mount Parthenio in the dead of night.
