Short CV:
My name is Oliver Ruhl, and I live in Johannesburg South Africa. I am a running and nutrition coach with a stable of about 60 athletes, which range from half marathon runners, marathon and Comrades runners, and 100-mile trail runners. I have been active in the running industry for many years and have run many marathons, Comrades Marathon, and Two Oceans and participated in and completed full Ironman events. For the last few years, I have only been concentrating on 100-mile trails, especially mountain events, Ie Ultra Trail Drakensberg and Ultra Trail Cape Town. We travel a lot around South Africa to run and to help out at various events, also includes neighboring states such as Lesotho and Zimbabwe. I also lead expeditions up the remote Drakensberg Mountain Range, day expeditions, and longer expeditions. My partner and I have a Downs Syndrome child(18) who accompanied us to a lot of our events and is well known in the ultra scene in South Africa.
