My name is Sandra López. I am Mexican, now living in Guadalajara, Jalisco. I´m 37 years old and Sports and outdoor activities have always been important to my since 10 years ago. I am passionate about health and wellbeing and I love helping people take up habits. As an ultra running i like to go to run with a people who just start running and let them know that never is too late to start in a healthy and fitness life.
