For 20 years I have worked in the Swedish HR company, Mercuri Urval. I lead a team of 11 consultants that deliver solutions to big, international companies that require services in multiple countries. Before Mercuri Urval, I worked as a Divisional Manager in the British service company, Rentokil Initial. I have been running ultra races in approx 20 years. Before that more then 50 marathons and shorter distances. In May 2020 I qualified for the Danish National Team in Ultra running with a result of 222,3km in a 24 hour race. Last year I partcipated in the UMS and finished in 45:58 hours as 21th in the race. In 2018 I finished 3th in Doliho Ultra and in 2017 I become 3th in Cyprus Ultra as well as Mors 100 miles (finished as 16th and in approx 18:43 h). In 2014 I finished 3th in the Viborg 24 h race with a distance of 188 km. Besides being a passionate runner I enjoy spending time with my wife and 5 kids:-)
